For deliveries outside the UAE, Customs and Import taxes may be applicable. These costs will be invoiced to you and are payable by you to the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Our returns policy

If you’d like to return an item, please message us on +971 56 214 8027 or email hello@tots.me within 7 days of receiving your item.

It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in it’s original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

We offer a courier collection service for all returns as well as complimentary returns within the UAE so you do not have to worry about the shipping fees, it’s all completely FREE.  Any original shipping fee however is non-refundable. For returns from outside of the UAE, associated dourier fees will be informed at the time you contact us.

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card – please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account.
Please see below for a list of items we cannot accept returns on:

  • Diapers
  • Baby wipes
  • Clothing and footwear items without the original packaging and tags
  • Swimwear and Undergarments
  • Customised products
  • Food and drink products
  • Flowers
  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact
  • Books

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card.  You can then reorder another product.

Shipping Outside the UAE, Customs & Import Taxes

When shipped outside the UAE, Tots items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Tots does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
